The Missoula Floods

Cataclysmic Changes to Oregon
And the Pacific Northwest

Bob Setterberg, from the Oregon Historical Society, is coming to Elsie Stuhr Center at 5550 SW Hall in Beaverton on Tuesday, April 10th at 7:00pm. Bob has a very interesting and colorful video presentation that will take you on an incredible journey from Montana to the mouth of the Columbia River. Bob will talk about these huge floods, ten times bigger that all the rivers in the world, and how they changed the landscape in the Pacific Northwest 15,000 to 18,000 years ago. Many of these changes are still evident today.

Don’t Miss It!
